Madison Friends Meeting
Mon, May 29, 7:00 pm: Memorial Meeting for Worship for Al Lang. Friends are invited to bring finger food for the reception in the library following the memorial meeting.
Many ways to contribute:
There is an ongoing need for Woodbrooke Day presenters to prepare a lesson for the third First Day of the month, when the regular FDS schedule is suspended. Presenters may explore Quaker history or concerns, teach a skill, bake cookies, or share a personal interest. Children learn something new and our community is strengthened by nurturing connections between children and adults. Time commitment is typically for one lesson a year. You can also volunteer to assist a Woodbrooke presenter by contacting the Program Coordinator.
Saturday May 13 - 9 am to 1 pm - Spring Work Day: Many hands make light work. Come help us get Meetinghouse and grounds ready for spring and summer! A variety of indoor and outdoor jobs.
