When I started using this service through my meeting, I struggled with understanding how it worked, but I got detailed and helpful instructions within 24 hours when I sent an email to the support address.  The same occurred twice since, when problems arose, but it's no longer my experience.  Two support tickets I've submitted have received no response in months.

This week the email I sent to meeting members was shown as successfully sent, but it appears no one received it.  I will be sending an email asking for support again, but my confidence is low that a response will be received.  I expect that I will recommend that our meeting no longer pay for this service for this reason.
