Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel Registration on or before May 31: all funds except contributions will be returned, less a $25 per person processing fee ($50 maximum per family).
- Cancel June 1 through 12: half of your FGC program fee will be refunded, plus housing fees paid in advance.
- Cancel June 13 through 22: you will owe all program fees and one-third of the room and board fees.
- Cancellations will not be accepted after June 22. All fees will be owed, including fees for those who do not attend the Gathering.
- There is a $50 per person late fee for all registrations beginning June 1. Late fees will not be charged for part-time registrations.
- Changes to housing or meal plans after May 31 will incur a fee to be determined.
- Fees charged to FGC by the University will be passed on to attenders, including fees for lost room keys ($50), lock outs and room damage.
- A charge will be made for all returned checks.
