Important Dates and Deadlines

Deadline = postmark date or online submission date

• March 15: Advance Program available online

• March 27–April 6: Early Registration period

• April 7–11: Registration temporarily closed

• April 12: Standard Registration begins

• May 7: Deadline for Wednesday Night Interest Group proposals

• May 31: Deadline for family registrations. No High Schoolers or Junior Gathering participants may register after this date

• May 31: Deadline for Gathering Store consignment arrangements, requests for exhibit space and intent-to-show/perform forms

• June 1: $50 per person late fee begins for all full-time registrations

• June 1: Substantial cancellation penalties begin

• June 22: Last date to cancel registrations

• June 28: Gathering on-site check-in 2–10 pm at UPJ, Johnstown, PA
