Quaker Exhibits and Presentations
Exhibits by Quaker-related organizations, communities, schools or interest groups will be displayed by advance arrangement.
Exhibit space is limited and may sell out. We prioritize reservations based on the date we receive payment in full. Most exhibit space will be for freestanding tabletop exhibits, with limited wall area and electrical outlets available. The deadline for requesting exhibit space is May 31.
Our exhibit hall is now full. We are no longer accepting requests for exhibit space.
Set-up will begin after 3 pm on June 28. While exhibitors are responsible for setting up and taking down their exhibits, an Exhibit Coordinator will be available to help you set up your table/space on Saturday afternoon. Masking tape only may be used for hanging signs from tables. Exhibits must be removed by 10 PM on Friday, July 4 and FGC cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
Please be aware that, as the exhibit area will be open at all times and without supervision, any and all items in the display are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
Nothing may be sold in the Exhibits area. Please do not solicit donations for items included in an Exhibit.
Separate arrangements for consignments of books, magazines, pamphlets, CDs, tapes, crafts etc. may be made in advance and completed by May 31, 2007.
