Registration
Online Registration is Closed for the 2008 Gathering.
Space is still available for part-time and full time participants to stay on campus. Anyone still interested in registering may do so in-person on the Johnstown campus after Gathering has begun on Saturday June 28.
Registration is completely closed for Children and High School participants. No additional registrations from these age groups will be accepted.
Check your mail in June: All attenders will receive important additional information about the Gathering by email or, for those without an email address, by postal mail.
Young Friends: High School and Junior Gathering Program participants must be registered by May 31. Registration is not complete until FGC receives an additional Parental Release Form (by mail or fax) for each registered young Friend (including High School participants who are 18).
Online Discount: Save $10 per person by registering online! (Friends 65 years and older receive this discount whether they use mail-in or online registration.)
Payment: You do not need to pay in full when you register, but you must make a minimum deposit of at least the total Program Fees, unless you are applying for financial aid from your meeting or FGC — then we request a refundable $50 deposit. Your initial payment may be paid by credit/debit card, electronic check or paper check. We are unable to take credit card payments on-site at Johnstown.
Canadian payments: Payments made in Canadian currency will be credited with the prevailing exchange rate at our financial institution on the day of deposit.
