Before You Register

Make these four decisions before beginning the registration process:

  • Housing and Meal Plan choice
  • First, second and third workshop choices
  • Arrival date
  • Do I/we need financial assistance?

When to Register

Early Registration is April 1–11. Everyone who registers withinthis period will have equal access to workshops and priority consideration for financial assistance.

Registration will temporarily close from April 12–16. Lotteries will occur for oversubscribed workshops. All early registrants will be informed of their assignments.

Standard Registration starts April 17. Workshops and financial assistance will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Beginning June 1, there is a $50 per person late fee for all full-time registrations. Late fees will not be charged for part-time registrations.

Young Friends: Junior Gathering Program participants must be registered by May 31 and High School participants must be registered by June 10. Registration is not complete until FGC receives a Parental Release Form for each registered young Friend (including high school).

How to Register

Online: The easiest and fastest way to register for the Gathering is online starting April 1.

Phone: In lieu of paper registrations, FGC offers phone registrations for attenders who cannot complete the online form. Register by phone on business days and Saturday April 10, 10 am–noon and 1:30–4:30 pm edt. Registration will be temporarily closed April 11–16. Please complete the “Before You Register” checklist (above) before calling.

On-Site (Adults Only): Full-time participants will be charged the standard $50 per person late fee. Workshop choices will be limited. See below for part-time information.

Part-Time Attenders (Adults Only)

Part-time registration is a great way to get a taste of the Gathering. On-campus housing is not available and meals are on a cash basis. Walk-up or advance part-time registrations are $75/day (late fees do not apply).

Payments

Deposits: The minimum deposit is the Program Fee(s) for your party. However, if you are applying for financial aid from your meeting or from FGC, there is a refundable deposit of $75/person. Your deposit is due when you register. Deposits and other payments received by June 24 may be made by credit/debit card, electronic check or paper check. (Paying by electronic or paper check saves the Gathering money.)

Payments at Bowling Green: The balance due must be paid in full by cash or check during check-in; credit/debit cards will not be accepted.

Canadian Payments: Payments made in Canadian dollars will be credited with the prevailing exchange rate at our financial institution on the day of deposit.

  • Large cancellation fees begin June 1.
