Directory for Traveling Friends

Please complete the form below if you want to list your home as a host for traveling Friends. Compared to earlier versions of the Directory, you might notice that we have reduced the amount of information we are collecting and rephrased some of the questions. This will make the Directory more compact, easier to update and less expensive. Please note that your listing will remain in the Directory until you inform us that you want to be removed.

We hope to encourage dialogue between potential guests and hosts. The introduction that appears in the printed Directory appears below. It includes guidelines and suggestions for communication between hosts and guests. We encourage you to read it in its entirety.

Finally, please note that we ask all guests to obtain and carry a letter of introduction or traveling minute from their monthly meeting and to share the letter with their hosts upon arrival. Hosts are at liberty to refuse guests who do not have a letter.

Things to remember about the new Directory for Traveling Friends:

  1. Unless you complete and send in a form you will not be listed in the new Directory.
  2. Your listing will remain in the Directory until you notify that you want to be taken out.
  3. The Directory will be updated approximately 3 times each year. All changes received will be incorporated into the next update.
